Hello @Aya Kassem

Just to add to the answer from Mark, reporting is a very wide topic. I suggest you to read-up on the default reports provided by Jira and how you can use JQL to create custom reports.

Above video is quite useful to know about reporting and JQL.

And thoroughly read the following

Hi

Sounds like you might be talking about a filter.  With a filter you can select on your Project, Type (of card/activity), Status, and probably almost any field (I have only used this a bit so i'm also still learning), PLUS, you can choose the columns you want.

Then you can also share this filter with your team (not sure whether you would need permissions to do so), and/or you can download the results into various formats (I use excel CSV format).

To access the filter, click the magnifying glass on the left menu (3rd from top in my menu) and then select Advanced Search.

Forgot to add - remember to save the filter with a meaningful name if you want to use it again.

Hope this is what you are looking for.

Regards

Mark
