Guys, I'm trying to create an automation where when placing a Flag in an issue, it cannot be changed in the workflow until the Flag is removed. Does anyone know how?
Hi @Warly Silva welcome on the community. I don't think it is use case for Automation. You should use Condition or Validator on the workflow transition:
condition = user can't see the target status if the condition fails
validator = transition can be executed but it fails if the condition is false
Do you know how to set up validators and conditions?
