in the past we used Google Workspace to create JIRA task when a new email was received; we had setup an Incoming Email server from "Mail " section in JIRA, and all work fine.
Recently, we have migrated to Microsoft Exchange, and the same procedure does not work; you can still configure an incoming email server but ... no message is found from JIRA in MS account.
How could we connect JIRA to MS to create an issue when a new email is received?
On my side I had to switch to the default email for reply, delete my outlook email, re-configure my outlook email then switch back set this address as reply email.
