Hi!
I have created a report with multiple business teams, issues created by epic and annualised and quarterly bookings - this is all in one table report. There's a possibility to put a TOTAL sum of all business teams at the end of the table (for the rows and columns, I need only for the rows) but is it possible to create a sub-sum as well for each business team? Like business team 1 ....20 issues ...xy bookings and sub-sum of this one business team and then another one, repeat the same.
I was trying to find it but really struggle with it.
Thanks!
Hi @Kristina ,
welcome to the community!
I wonder what view you're currently operating in - is this one of Jira's standard reports?
On another note: Just reading through your requirements, I was thinking that the Marketplace app that my team and I are working on - JXL for Jira - might be a great fit for you.
JXL is a full-fledged spreadsheet/table view for your issues that allows viewing, inline-editing, sorting, and filtering by all your issue fields, much like you’d do in e.g. Excel or Google Sheets. It also comes with a number of advanced features, including support for (configurable) issue hierarchies, issue grouping by any issue field(s), sum-ups, or conditional formatting.
With these, you can build a view like this in just a couple of clicks:
That this is just one of a virtually endless number of views - you can also group by any other issue field(s), configure different sum-up styles, use issue hierarchies, etc. etc.
Any questions just let me know!

Hi @Kristina ,
An easy way would be to use the Advanced Issue Formula gadget offered by our Great Gadgets plugin to display the numbers on a Jira dashboard or Confluence page.
This gadget can apply from simple (SUM, COUNT, AVERAGE, etc) to complex math formulas against the issues from up to 6 filters.
Hope this helps.
Danut.

Hi! Thanks for your answer, actually, what I need is to have in one table sub-sums of those teams as one table contains: rows are the teams and columns are number of issues creates and bookings and we need for each team to create a sub-sum of those issues and bookings in one table.
Currently, it shows only the total sum of all teams at the bottom of our table.
So can this gadget apply sub-sums of each team in one table as well? As I need it to be in one table as a summary.
I am a newbie in this so I am still learning.
Thank you!
