Outbound Call Center needs a service desk to track requests more efficiently

To use a Service Desk portal, you must sign-up for the JIRA Service Desk Application (Cloud or Server). For more information, check the documentation below:

To keep the Service Desk portal available only for your internal users, you just need to navigate to your project > Project Settings > Custom Permissions and plag the option Customers my team adds to the project, as you can see in the screenshot below:
After flagging the option above, add the internal users from Call Center as customers in the project.
