How to create a pre-filled template ticket

Hi,

I would like to know how to create a pre-filled/template ticket, how to edit an existing one and, in particular, how to add "Watchers" to such a ticket?

I am referring to tickets which can be accessed using a GoLink, and is prefilled with required information such as Project, Issue Type, Assignee, etc.

prefilled with required information such as Project, Issue Type, Assignee, etc.

You can include the arguments on the URL as documented in How to create issues using direct HTML links in Jira Server.

how to add "Watchers" to such a ticket?

Not sure if the URL method supports this one, but if you have Scriptrunner or any similar apps, you can setup a post-function on the Create transition of the workflow.
