How to create a organization level user activity report

We want to analyse how engaged our employees are on Jira thus need to look at the stat on who has been active / inactive. 

Pls help me create this report

Hi @Mugdha Mhadeshwar , welcome to the Community. 

Natively there isn't such a report. You can however, go to User management under Administration and export the users which will include last logged in date. unsure if this will meet your needs.
