Hi,
I have been using JIRA before and worked with boards that can show as in the first picture below (picture from google).
Multiple "releases" on same board with same status but are seperated by the "releases/everything else".
Is it possible to create a board like this with 'Next-gen project'?
2 JIRA with status 'In Progress' but are seperated by fixversion or something on the board.
I have only Next-gen Project but can choose Kanban and Scrum when selecting next-gen.
Tried both but can't get it to work.
Sprint is only creating one board at a time if using that, not what I want.
Thanks in advance
Hi Hoa - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
When you say that it didn't work - can you be more specific? If you create Kanban board, what doesn't work about it?
Never mind, was thinking to have a board as in the first picture (Expedite and Everything Else) that runs parallel, no matter the status of the JIRA.
Was working like that in my previous company.
All newly open JIRA should be visible in the 'Everything Else', and rest of JIRA should be on top with the sprint/release we working on.
Example:
JIRA 1 - Status Open = On top of the section if approved and have fixversion etc
JIRA 2 - Status Open = Below section on 'Everything Else'

You can try that with Swimlanes, though if you are trying to mix Sprint functions with regular Kanban functions on the same board, one of the processes will suffer.
