How to create a Transport Order (Change Request) for SAP in Jira?

There is a User Story in Jira concerning a modification in SAP and we need to create  a Transport Order (Change Request) in SAP.

How to created this Change Request in Jira reflecting in SAP?

You've not told us anything about the connection your Jira and your SAP system might have, so we can't tell you a lot.

My guess, in the absence of any information about your environment and setup, would be simply "click create issue", it'll ask for a project and issue type, and you can select the most relevant one (probably "change request")
