How to create a Test (Writing Test Cases through Zephyr feature) in Jira through Zephyr add on Feat

Create Test of Zephyr add on feature is not responding  in Jira Cloud.

I have installed Zephyr for Jira - Test Management – Started with free trial

Below are the steps followed for 30 days free trial installation

1. Log into your Jira instance as an admin.
2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Find new appsor Find new add-ons screen loads.
3. Locate Zephyr for Jira - Test Management.
4. Click Free trialto download and install your app.

Issue : Zephyr feature is added in to the Jira but when on clicking "create a test", the screen goes in grey color with no window pop up appearing to create a test

Also, when issue type "Test" is selected, the Zephyr icon is missing from Test issue type

Please fine the attachments for more details.

 As per Installation : Attachment contain the symbol of zephyr which is missing in our issue when we are creating as Test.

Hi @Pinky Punshi ,

Looking at the screenshots, I am suspecting there might be duplicate test issue available on your instance and the correct one is not added.

Please make sure the issue type Test (With Zephyr icon)is added to you project "Issue Types for Current Scheme"

Also once the test cases is created, you can see the test details like step data and expected result in the view issue page. If that is not the case, I would highly recommenced you to reach out to the support team for immediate assistance.
