How to create Jira report or jql for testrunassignee and testrunstatus

To create a two dimension JIRA filter report/JQL wherein for a test execution/test plan, we would like to see the 'testrunstatus' of all test assigned(testrun assignee) to the different users for run
for example
The assignee field (testrun assignee) is seen in the test execution issue. However, unable to access this to create the report
Sample output below in table format.
