How to copy all versions from a multi-version picker custom field to Fix Versions?

Hi, I'd like to edit/delete multiple versions in the "Fix Version/s" field so that only one version exists? 

Scenario: 

-I have issues that are in the "Done" state which have multiple versions in the "Fix Version/s" field (Ver A and Ver B).  I'd like to delete Ver A from all of these issues so that they only have Ver B associated to them.  Is this possible using bulk update?  

- Similarly, I'd like to do this for other states such as "IP".  I only want 1 single fixed version per issue.  We literally have thousands of issues which have 2 or more fixed versions in them and need to update each of them so they only have 1 fixed version in them.
