I need to contact support but of course you can only do it by web, not phone or email. Every time I try to open a request it is requesting a URL but keeps saying it is invalid although it is. I am trying to finally work on our migration and am starting to get a little more than upset.
Hello Trenton, Good day. Apologies for the inconvenience. I will help you to create the support request. Checking from my end, I am unable to find any cloud site associated with your email address. Could you please share the site URL, so that I can proceed with the site creation. Thanks!

The message is clear: only the site/org admin can open requests.
If you aren't the Org admin, please reach out to them so they can open a ticket.

Hi Trenton - You mention migration - are you trying to get help with Data Center or Server to perform the migration? Or help with Cloud after the migration is done? It is asking for a URL for an existing Cloud site.

Regardless, what I put it ask for a URL. We have an existing source page that needs merged and need to remove all the previous users uploaded from pre-migration.
Thanks,
Trenton

Every time I enter it, it states it is invalid, although I can go to it and it will load.

Are you putting it in with the right format? They may be only looking for the domain name - companyabc versus the entire URL - https://companyabc.atlassian.net

Have you tried with https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ ? When you are raising a support ticket, make sure that you select I still need support to hide the AI agent.

Haven't found a way to make it that far unfortunately. It personally looks like they are working hard to not provide support than too anymore.
