Every time the status returns to "waiting for support" we want to start timer from the begining. It is possible?

Hi @Volodymyr Purshega , there isn't the ability to reset an SLA such that it starts over. Please watch/vote on this open request - JSDCLOUD-194 - Ability to reset the SLA
Also, you can try third-party solutions from the Atlassian marketplace to set SLA timers with more flexible conditions. For example, SLA Time and Report allows use for SLA reset such conditions as status, assignee, comment from, issue type, priority, etc.
