Hello Confluence Team!
It seems the configure just auto-changed for Jira's comment section and they are sorted now the opposite way. I am just trying to get that confirgured back the way it was, but I am having a really hard time to find how to apply the change on the configure for my account.
I have found these steps, but for example, I do not see the System option so pretty much the instruction fails for me on the first step.

Is my account not able to be configured by the end user? If there is a way, please help me to change it back the way it was.
Let me know if you need further details from my end.
Really appreciate the help.
Thank you,
Marcelo Baratella.
Hello @Marcelo Baratella
Does your user have the Administer Jira permissions? Those instructions will need to be followed by an admin of the site. The cog wheel appears at the top right for admins.
Actually I do not see the 'System' option under the cog it seems I do not have the necessary permissions. Will try to check if I can find an Admin who can assist. Thanks!

I had posted a similar comment but for some reason it didn't post. I'm pretty sure there isn't an individual setting to control sorting. So to change it would need someone with Admin privileges to look at that setting and set it for your environment.
