How to compare a custom field with Date in automation?

I am trying to implement some reminders to my team.

I don't want to use scheduled triggered rules bur rather when a change in a specific field is performed then a custom field containing a Date will be compared with another custom field or now().

The IF/Else conditions for Fields doesn't include any with Date values.

Hi Israel - try the Advanced Compare Condition instead of IF/Else.
