There is no means of adding color to rows in a filter list. Maybe there is and addon but not familiar with any. Consider exporting to excel and using conditional formatting.
You can also use Better Excel Exporter to export to Excel as Jack mentioned. You can create an Excel template with conditional formatting, so your export output will already have the desired colored lines.
