Hello there,
We have a user who got a new email address hence we need to update their username with this new email address for Atlassian, BitBucket, and Confluence.
Its a managed account and I do not see "Directory" option under User Management. Under use's profile, it does not show me any option to change the username and we want to avoid recreating the user's account.
Please advise on how to change this asap.

Is your Atlassian cloud connected to Atlassian access? If yes, changing the username on your user directory that is connected to Access should handle this.
If however this is not the case and you are not using access in anyway, ask the user to

2) Looking at your second option, we get the following hence we cannot change the username.
