How to change time zone settings of a team managed project in JIRA?

Dear Community,

We've a team-managed project created with default time-zone but have a requirement to change it to a specific time-zone (say for Saudi Arabia it is UTC+3).

What is the process and navigation to do this in JIRA for that specific project alone without impacting any other projects?  

Also once the time zone is changed, would JIRA automatically changes the time settings of already existing issues (say an issue was created earlier as of 6.30 p.m IST but after doing this time zone change, would the issue creation time change to 4 p.m Riyadh time?)

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

You cannot set a Time Zone per project.

In the backend all date/time information is stored as UTC.

The display of date/time information is based on the individual user's Profile settings.
