How to change the Project Lead for a project

What are steps to change the Lead of an existing project in Jira?

Hi @Sonali Subudhi 

Go to the Project Settings. Choose 'Users and Roles'. Choose 'Edit defaults' and adjust the project lead.

You need to have at least project admin permissions, then go to the project, select Project settings > Details and from here you can change the project lead.
