How to change my e-mail log in verification address?

Jira system should send the verification to ***@singervehicledesign.com, now ***@gmail.com.  I don't use that other e-mail address

Select your profile avatar.
Open Account settings.
Select Email.
Enter the new email address and save the change.
Open the verification message sent to the new address and confirm it.

Just to clarify, are you unable to sign in because the verification code is being sent to your old email address, or are you already signed in and simply want to change the email on your account?
