How to change look of Work Item on Board

Hi,

I what change for example how task looks depends on priority - high priority the task background is red, medium, the background is yellow etc. Jira by default has only bar with color, I don't want that.

Is there a way to customize how these cards looks? I though Jira Premium has this feature but I can't find way to adjust stuff like this.

No, there is no out of the box solution in Jira to change the background color of a card - just the stripe on the side.
