How to change configuration so email does not include specific name

Sharing Jira links is triggering security alerts.  Need to use a generic name instead of senders email

Hi @Mark Sultana Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

If you’re using Jira Service Management, you can configure a generic sender email directly from your space settings.

Go to:
Space settings --> Notifications --> Internal notifications--> Edit (under “Notification email”)

From there, you can change the address so internal notifications are sent from a generic or Atlassian-managed email instead of showing the agent’s name or personal address.
