I took over a project in which I only have 3 column: To Do, In Progress, Done. On all my other project I have 7 columns: Open, In Progress, Under Review, Rejected, Approved, Done, Cancelled. How can I add the missing columns to the project?
Go to "configure board" and then "columns" (this assumes you are a board admin, and that the board is a Classic Software one. If it's not, then the columns follow the workflow)
