How to calculate the issue on-time close rate?
We need a chart about the issue on-time close rate. It can be calculated by diving the number of issue closed on time (according to the due date) by the total number of issue, and we need to set a target like 80%. But I could not find a report to visualize the following example.
Or is there any way to just get the value of the on-time close rate? We have scriptrunner app. And we hope we do not need to install other apps like easyBI.
