How to buy a XRay license?

Hi,

I'm using Jira Cloud incl. XRay App.

Now I see the message (under App config) "Your trial has expired. Buy a license for this app."
I expected that the trial expired and the 10Euro/month start to be collected from my credit card account (and with this I have a license (that's how it worked for other Jira cloud installations that I used in the past)).

If I go to the market place I choose "Buy it now" => "Cloud, buy this APP" => then it is asking me in the next step to choose a site where to "Start free trail".
But I want to buy I licesense for 10 bugs a month (credit card credentials, everything is set up).

What do I need to do?

Disclaimer - I don’t use X-ray. With that said your post indicates you are on Free. Is that the case? X-ray should work like other cloud addons - you start a subscription with free trial and then billing starts at second billing cycle using your credit card details stored with your Atlassian account.. However, if you are on Free then the CC info is not there I suspect? Consider reaching out to X-ray support - https://xraysupport.xpand-it.com/ To see if they can assist.
