Hello,

I created a new context for "Geography" custom field called "World Geography".

These two custom fields will have a different list of values.

Geography is in use.

World Geography is blank. I want to use a csv to import 200+ countries.

How can I do this? I can't find explicit instructions on how to import csv to populate custom field values, not tickets. And my target is the a context of the field.

Thank you in advance.

Hello @LynnG

To be clear, adding a Context to a custom field does not create a second custom field. Did you sure you created a custom field context or a new custom field?

Can you share a screen image showing what you created?

I don't believe there is any CSV import function for loading values into a field configuration/context. I think you would need to use the REST API.
