There is no bulk clone option when I want to clone several test cases at one time;

When I used export and import  CSV files to clone these test cases, the test steps are lost in the new cases.

Hi @Charlie Niu and welcome to the community!

Jira is not a test tool. You can use it as that to a certain extent but the lifecyle of a testcase is quite different than the behaviour of a normal work item.

Have you checked some of the apps for testing like Xray or Zephyr in Atlassian marketplace?

They will give you tons of testing related functionality and could speed up your work.

Hi @Staffan Redelius Yes, I mean I want to bulk clone the test cases in Xray from one project to another project, the new cloned test cases should keep the same summary/description/test steps, but the problem is I cannot find the bulk clone option and when I export the test cases and import them to the new project, they lost the test steps but can keep the summary and description.

It has been a long time since I used Xray but it should be possible to import the test steps as well.

I guess you have already seen this information describing how to set up the file and mapping the fields during import?

Besides import the test cases , is there any way to bulk clone test cases?
