Hi everyone i am very beginner of using jira on my team. and i have question about how to separate of Main Development of the application and dailly support like bug fixing and minor update etc. so i can summary progress of main development and other else. my question is how best way to do that, should i create new project again for each diffrent process or there is feature in jira to i can do that thing. thank you

Bug fixing and support are usually done by using issue types intended for non-development or project work!
Whether you include them in the same project as your development work is a harder question, I can't really help you with that without knowing a bit more about your processes. Mostly about how you want to prioritise and allocate work, not workflow.
If, for example, your developers work very DevOps, you might have a process where they drop everything when a daily support call comes in, you might find it easiest to work in a single project. Or if they take a more "when the support team asks us, one of us dives in to help the support people in their project", maybe separate projects.
If your teams are doing Scrum, then the the process ideally is to ignore the support and bugs during the sprint - plan them all into the next one when you've finished the current one! In this case, the projects and issue types don't really matter, as long as you can get them on to the right board/backlog.
