How to automatically update or add a new row to certain Google sheet when Jira issue info change

Hi all,

I'm using Jira software and wanted to automatically update to certain Google sheet(or add a new row) when there's any change on certain Jira issue categories.

Is it possible using current adds on without using 3rd party tool like Zapier?
