How to assign tasks to other's sprints

Hi all,

I've been using Jira for a while and now I have a issue I don't know how to fix.

Sometimes I have to create tasks for my colleagues in the TS department, I've tried to assign those tasks to their current sprint but I found that I'm not able to see the sprints of their department. 

Can anybody show me how to do it?

Hi Cristina, 

this is usually a permission problem. Are you able to see the board of department TS?

Do they have their own project?
