How to assign an issue to the component lead of another component (not the one the issue belongs to)?

Hi,

is there a workflow function for assigning an issue to the component lead of another component in the same project?

I want to assign the issue to the lead of component "test", whether the component is set to "test" or to any other component.

There is no default post functions and I haven't seen any popular add-ons with it. You might have to write one by yourself.
