Hi there,

we have a "data" project, a "product" project and an "ecosystem" project.

Under the roadmap view, we'd like to create epics in "ecosystem" as well as subtasks. But these epics are a collaboration of work between the "data" "product" and "ecosystem" teams.

--> So we'd like to assign the subtasks to the teams working in "product" and "data".

We'd like to create these subtasks in "ecosystem", but to also see these tasks under either the "product" or "data" project.

Can you please help us out?

Basically you can't do what it sounds like you want to.

An issue can only be assigned to one user so you can't have it assigned to users in multiple teams

An issue is in one project. they can be 'seen' in another project only if you run a report covering both projects. If users have the appropriate rights in the project they can see and be assigned the issue regardless of where they normally work.
