I am unable to add the time tracking button in projects. Have followed all the steps mentioned in the support document however, unable to add it.
Please help in resolving. Also, is there a customer support number to contact you guys.
Thanks, Peeali
If you add an Original Estimate the time tracking area will then display on the view issue screen. You can then log time using the “+” symbol on the top right of time tracking area. You can also do this via a board in the detail area and there are shortcut keys as well. If you didn’t add the OE at creation you need to Edit the issue to add.
Jack- Thanks for the revert. I know this step. Problem lies in adding the time tracking field of "Estimation".

Hi Alexey,
When we create an issue, there is an option to estimate task, which can be configured via Time Tracking under Configure fields.
Trying to attach a screenshot, but unable.

What do you mean by time tracking button? Could you provide a reference to the mentioned support document?

You should add time tracking field to the create issue screen. Did you do that?

Do you mean that there is no Time Tracking field there? Then check if time tracking is on. You can read more info here:

I followed all the steps mentioned in the confluence article you have attached. However, i can enter only estimation hours and when i log my actual hours, there is no reduction in estimation hours and only update i can see in log hours.
For example; If have estimation of 72 hours for a story point for 2 weeks sprint and i have logged 8 hours for day 1, so my remaining hours should be (72-8=64 hours). However, my hours remain 72 hours only.

Could you show us a screen shot of the time-tracking box on the issue view for the issue where you've put in an estimate and logged work?

There is no reduction in the Original Estimate field. It does not change, if you log time. The Remaining Estimate field changes. There are 2 fields: Original Estimate, Remaining Estimate. Original Estimate never changes. Remaining Estimate changes according to logged work
