How to add the name of the user who performed the change to an email template?

Hi,

I'm using 'Builtin Script Listener' to send a mail when an issue's priority has been changed to 'Blocker',

Is there a way to add to the template of the email the name of the user who changed the priority?

Can you give a bit more detail - is this your own script or some of the built-in ones?
