How to add task to a story ? and How to add a sub-task to a task within a story?

I am trying to orderly add projects within JIRA. Within the project I would like to add a Story and within the story I would like to create tasks and then Sub-tasks within a task. 

I am unable to create this in the format that I want:

One Story --- Few Tasks --- Multiple Sub-Tasks

If I understand your requirement correctly, then you may benefit from our Structure app for Jira. It can visualize arbitrary hierarchy of issues using both Epic and parent-child links. Jira doesn't support that structure.  It's Issue and sub-task.  With Jira software, you can do Epic, Story, Sub-task.  With Portfolio, you can use themes and initiatives too.
