How to add/remore authority contact for the site?

I need to remove 1 user from the list, because there are a lot of spam of the support mails, how to do it?

Can you provide some examples of the content of the "spam" mails?

Which user list do you want to modify? Are you trying to modify the site-admins group, or the Billing/Technical Contact information for your Products?

I have not seen an email like that before, so I don't know to what exactly it is referring.

How many names are listed?

It might be referring the the Billing and Technical Contacts that you can see for your site when you go to https://admin.atlassian.com and Manage Subscription/Billing Details under the Billing menu. A Site Admin should be able to change that information.

It might be referring to individuals that have been designated as Organization Admins for the Organization under which your site exists. Only and Organization Admin can change who else is designated as an Organization Admin.

It might be referring to the users that are included in the site-admin group for the site, though I think this is less likely.
