We have recently moved over to the Portfolio basic roadmap in JIRA. Some of the Epic rows don't have a bar to indicate their time estimation.

A bar appear when I add a new Epic but I was wondering how we get bars onto the existing rows.

The bars are not over to the far left/right of the roadmap - they're just not in the view at all.

Hi @Will Robinson  -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

My understanding is the epics appear on the basic roadmap using the Start Date and Due Date as range values.  For your missing epics, have you checked those fields to see what is in them?

One way to check them at a glance would be to use a filter search on them displaying those columns.  For example:

project = yourProjectName AND issueType = Epic ORDER BY Rank

Best regards,

Bill
