I am trying to setup email conf , When i send email to support@xxx.xxx then it should automatically create the jira ticket.
Issue i am facing -jira ticket template has few custom field so we the jira ticket is created through email , these custom fields are blank
How can i add/update the custome field value when creating the jira ticket via email
Please help me out to resolve it.

This is not possible with the standard Jira email handler. There are email plugins than add this functionality such as Jira Enterprise Mail Handler.
