I created a Jira software. But I cannot add email sever to it

Hi @RAMYA Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

If you are looking for the ability to configure an SMTP server in the Jira cloud, unfortunately, this feature is not part of Jira yet. But there is a feature request for the same- JRACLOUD-62125

Instead, you can try this feature.

In case you are looking to process emails coming to an email address to create a Jira issue, you should use this option.
