I want to add a comment to a ticket on behalf of a user.
I have a API account with administrator permissions using which I want to add a comment to a ticket on behalf of a user.
Found one feature request ticket https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-35124 but seems to be created in 2013. do we have any updates on this feature ?
