I want to add a button that executes multiple transitions. Is this possible with JIRA? If yes, how can I achieve this?

You could do it using automation for jira

a transition is something that allows you to move from a status to another one you can't do that in one time. If you need to transition an issue after a previous execution you can put in place an automation (https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/features/automation)
