How to add a custom scripted field with Script Runner?

I installed Script Runner, but I don't find where I can create a custom script field.

Scripted fields from scriptrunner need two parts.

First, go to Admin -> Issues -> Custom Fields and add a field of type "scripted field"

Second, go back to Admin and look for "scripted fields".  You will find a list of all the scripted fields you've added, including the one added in the step above.  Go into that to give it the script.
