How to add a Custom status in a defect status.
As of now we don't any status to reflect the deferred defects or moved in the defect status in our JIRA Project.
How to add a customised status in the JIRA ticket for a type 'Bug' like deferred or moved etc...

You need to modify the Workflow used by the Defect issue type on your project to add the status.
What type of project are you using? Team-managed? Company-managed?
