How to add Service in Jira?

I want to add a automated sprint in JIRA. However, the only solution I got from searching is to use a Service called ScriptRunner Service. But upon checking on how to add a Service on Jira, I can only see this.

I see no option to add a service with class name whatsoever. Please help.

Hi @Ahmed Obsequio

I do not think you are a JIRA system administrator but only a jira administrator.

As a non system administrator you will not even be able to see 'Jira System Administrators' permission in the global permission list and wont be able to add services also

I can't see anywhere where I can be the system administrator. I've sent a request to the atlassian support to be one. Thank you so much for your help.
