Currently we are running JIRA Enterprise Ver. 3.13 instance on http port 8080. We would like to add SSL support this existing instance. Please let me know that procedure or steps involved to add https support. We already have SSL certificate but we need instruction to configure JIRA instance support https.

It's in the manual. http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Running+JIRA+over+SSL+or+HTTPS (Yes, this is for a later version, but the principles are the same, it's only the initial "get Jira running" stuff that's different, and you've already got it running)
