How to add LINK ISSUE button on any ticket

I want to add an LinkIssue button on any ticket in my project.

I've tried searching for the solution but none worked, can anyone help!!

Am I missing anything here?

The Link issue function should be a normal part of the screen.

Can you share a screenshot of your screen? 

Make sure the Linked Issues field is on the screen itself. Not the issue layout in your image above, but the actual screen.
