How to add LDAP information to JIRA Custom field?

For example.

I have JIRA service Desk. And I need:

When user create tasks, custom field with his Job Title automatic will add to task.

Why not in user profile? Because it;s not comfortable for us.

That is not delivered functionality within the Jira application. We use the app called User Profiles for Jira to accomplish this. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212508/user-profiles-for-jira?hosting=server&tab=overview

There are others in the app store but this one has worked well for us.
