How to add Hyperlink along with Radio Button field

I Need to create a Radio Button Field with Yes/No options. With Yes I need to add a text with Hyperlink in it. 

For example:

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
Currently, it's not possible to add links to custom fields options since it uses basic text renderer, so any link added will not be rendered.
For this type of field, it's not possible to change the renderer the same as the other fields like comment and description, for example, so any picker field will use the basic text renderer.

But I found out the solution, which worked. 

In option, I provided  <a href="url link" target="_blank">here</a> and it worked.
