We have multiple projects from multiple clients and we wanted our customer to be part of our initial discussion and few processes for which we want them to be added as a member but not JIRAUSER.
Since we use JIRA service desk, Software & Confluence. The customers added via service desk are available on software project as well. I wanted to understand how can i be able to help customers to see what is happening within the project.
Any suggestions please!
Within Atlassian applications individuals have access to projects based upon their application access and roles. In JSD customers are free and have portal only access. If you want a customer to have JSW access they must be a user.
the only option w/o making them a licensed user of JSW is to export views and share them via email but that is static. You might play around with using Confluence KB or check out addons in the Marketplace.
